Question: I'm facing an issue related to my sleep from few days..I get awakened in d middle of d sleep and continues to prolonged awakeness...is this a sleeping disorder? does this affect my weight loss journey?

hormones and puts our body in a catabolic state. High-quality sleep
doesn't just happen accidentally and you can't control exactly how much
sleep you actually get. You have to make it happen by building solid
sleep habits.
